1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Nanofract's lead generation services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Nanofract provides lead generation services through artificial intelligence-powered targeting and multi-channel social media advertising. Our services include:

• Lead discovery and qualification
• Social media advertising campaigns
• CRM integration and lead delivery
• Performance analytics and reporting

3. Pricing and Payment

Our services are priced on a per-qualified-lead basis:

• Standard Channel: $40 per qualified lead
• Premium Channel: $50 per qualified lead
• Enterprise Channel: $60 per qualified lead

Payment is due upon delivery of qualified leads. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days written notice.

4. Lead Quality Standards

A qualified lead must meet the following criteria:

• Matches your specified target demographic
• Has shown genuine interest in your product or service
• Provides accurate and verifiable contact information
• Has not opted out of marketing communications

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information about target audience and business requirements
• Respond to leads in a timely and professional manner
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use leads for illegal or unethical purposes

6. Data Privacy and Protection

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of all data. Lead information is provided solely for your business use and may not be shared, sold, or distributed to third parties without explicit consent.

7. Service Availability

While we strive for continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nanofract's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due immediately.

10. Intellectual Property

All proprietary technology, algorithms, and methodologies used by Nanofract remain our exclusive intellectual property. Clients receive no rights to our technology or processes.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Midland County, Texas.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
